Adobe, NVIDIA, and Microsoft named best tech firms to work for in India
Software maker Adobe was named the best technology company to work for in India, according to employment-related search engine giant Indeed. Adobe was followed by chip maker NVIDIA and Microsoft.
The other tech companies listed in the top 10 included SAP, Akamai Technologies, VMware, Cisco, Intel, and Citrix Systems Inc.
Additionally, Apple stood at 13th place and HP at 11th on the list. Some Indian companies, such as e-commerce company Myntra and Tata Consultancy Services, were included in the top 15.
“In addition to strategic workplace programmes, companies that have focused on people management and contributed to creating a conducive environment for their employees have been highly-rated by job seekers,” Indeed India Managing Director Sashi Kumar said.
Most importantly, companies that allow their employees to feel that they work ‘with’ – and not ‘for’ – the company, will “create a culture of ownership and instill a sense of loyalty in their employees,” said Kumar.
