Aon names best employers for 2018

Aon has named the best employers in Singapore, India, Australia, and New Zealand for 2018.

DBS Bank topped the list in both India and Singapore, and was additionally announced as the Regional Best Employer 2018 for Asia-Pacific.

Top performers in Singapore across all industries that have an demonstrated focus on employee engagement, effective leadership, and a high-performance culture.

In an uncertain business environment where 87% of Singapore organisations are undergoing digital transformation, Best Employers inspire their employees with a compelling vision: 83% of employees in the Best Employer organisations agreed that their senior leadership provide them a clear direction for the future (22 percentage points higher than the market average).

In addition, these organisations have a total rewards strategy in place that focuses not just on pay but learning and career development opportunities as well. Three-quarters of employees felt that they receive appropriate recognition for their contributions (21 points higher than market average).
