Dirk Rossey is a 25 years international HR veteran and pioneer in organisational behaviour, change management, process improvement and leadership development. He is a Six Sigma black belt holder.
In his current role in Arowana, he introduced the holistic performance management strategy under the banner, Values – Strategy – Culture – Talent – Performance. He formerly provided internal consulting for Ernst & Young, Dubai Bank and Tatweer (Dubai Holding), JP Morgan (as Vice President) and Inchcape (as General Manager). He currently sits on a number of Boards specializing in advice with regards to HR strategy and business support.
