Judy Hsu, CEO, Southeast and South Asia, Standard Chartered Bank
Judy Hsu, CEO of Standard Chartered Bank Singapore is set to be promoted to the role of regional CEO for Southeast and South Asia.
She will take over full responsibility for these markets by the end of the fourth quarter of 2018 from current regional CEO Anna Marrs.
Marrs will relinquish her duties, but continue to take charge of commercial banking, private banking and wealth management.
Hsu first joined in Standard Chartered Bank in December 2009 as the Group Head of Wealth Management, a role she performed for almost six years. In October 2015, she was promoted to the role of CEO of Singapore.
Chen Fong Tuan, Chief People Officer, Mah Sing Group Berhad
Chen was appointed the Chief People Officer of Malaysian real estate company Mah Sing Group Berhad earlier this year.
In this role, he originates and leads the group's people practices and objectives to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
He also serves on the group’s executive team, providing strategic inputs to drive business performance and achievements.
Chen has over ten years of HR experience in large organisations like B.Braun Group, Maybank and British American Tobacco.
May Wee, Senior Analyst, Compensation and Benefits at Tapestry
May Wee has joined US fashion company Tapestry as its Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst for Singapore.
Tapestry owns global brands such as Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman.
Wee joins from New Zealand dairy company Fonterra, where she was most recently an HR Advisor.
In that role, she proposed and implemented changes in compensation and benefits policies that are consistent to organisational strategy and culture, as well as coached and supported managers in employment agreements, ensuring appropriate use and application of remuneration bands.
