EoKyung MoonMoon EoKyung, Vice President, HR, Asia-Pacific, Alstom

Moon EoKyung has been promoted to the role of Vice President of HR for Asia-Pacific at French railroad manufacturer Alstom.

This is a change from her previous role as the organisation’s Talent Management Director, Asia-Pacific, a job that she performed from September 2015 to October 2017.

She first joined Alstom as a Talent Developer in its Paris headquarters in 2008, where she was responsible for competence development, talent succession and internal mobility for the company’s engineers globally.  

She has 18 years of HR experience, having started out at Eukorail in Seoul, South Korea, where she was born.

Harkanwal VirdiHarkanwal Virdi, Director Human Capital Management – ASEAN & SAGE at Oracle

Harkanwal Virdi has been made the Director of Human Capital Management for global software company Oracle.

In this role, he will lead Oracle ASEAN & SAGE region’s solution consulting arm towards a value and thought leadership-driven proposition. 

Virdi joins from Accenture Singapore, where he was the Leadership Practice Lead for eight years in charge of the SAP SuccessFactors presales unit.

He has over 13 years of experience in human capital management consulting, strategy, transformation, sales and delivery.

Fiona TanFiona Tan, Head of HR, Alliance Healthcare Group

Fiona Tan has joined Singapore healthcare company as its Head of HR.

In this role, she will oversee all of the group’s people management and development strategies and needs.

In an age where job-hopping is common, Tan spent an impressive twenty years at Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific as part of the HR and Legal and Compliance teams.
