Gavin Ong, Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Grab
Gavin Ong has been made the Talent Acqusition Business Partner at ride hailing and payment platform Grab, effective May 2018.
In this role, he will support and help to drive the organisation's expanding recruitment needs and objectives.
Ong joins Grab from recruitment firm Aspire, where as the data and analytics consultant, he was focused on driving recruitment campaigns for a range of partners across the Asia-Pacific region, specialised in building Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Predictive Analytics and Business Intelligence teams.
Tay Wan Yuan, Senior Manager, HR Governance and Compliance, Singtel
Tay Wan Yuan is now the Senior Manager of HR Governance and Compliance at Singapore telecommunications service provider Singtel.
Prior to joining Singtel, Tay was with Singapore utilities group Sembcorp as senior HR and administration manager for four years, where he was Involved in a full spectrum of HR functions, with a focus on HR systems management, strategic HR and organisational development work.
He writes that he is “a dedicated HR professional and business partner with generalist experience”.
Caliopie Walsh, Chief People Officer, Third Bridge
Caliopie Walsh has joined international investment research firm Third Bridge as its global Chief People Officer.
Walsh, formerly from Experian, brings over 20 years of experience in HR, including leadership positions at DoubleClick (now Google), CBS Marketwatch and Coach.
In her role as Chief People Officer, she will lead all HR and People functions and play a crucial role in growing the global team and scaling Third Bridge's strong company culture.
She is based at t Third Bridge's US headquarters in New York City.
