William AngWilliam Ang, Vice President, HR Partnering and Engagement, Marina Bay Sands

William Ang has been promoted to the role of Vice President of HR Business Partnering at Marina Bay Sands.

In this position, he will lead and manage a team of HR business partners to support all business units on HR matters. This will include the deployment of HR programmes, performance management, and talent renewal and development.

Ang was previously the integrated resort’s Executive Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations, where he oversaw Total Rewards and HR Operations for the organisation’s 9,500 employees.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in HR.

Ritesh Srivastava has joined Capgemini as Talent Acquisition Manager for Singapore and Malaysia.

As the head of talent acquisition, his responsibilities include:  Partnering with the business and stakeholders to understand resourcing needs, ensuring smooth deployment of resources for clients' projects, and managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to hiring.

Prior to this, he was a digital headhunter at recruitment firm Salt.

Srivastava started his recruitment career as an in-house hirer at HP for both IT and non-IT roles in 2003.

Simon Weaver, Corporate Risk and Broking Lead, Asia-Pacific, Willis Towers Watson

Willis Towers Watson has appointed Simon Weaver as Leader of Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) for Asia and Australasia.

In what is a newly-created, expanded role to include Australia and New Zealand, Weaver is responsible for accelerating the unit’s growth across Asia-Pacific by coordinating Willis Towers Watson’s global CRB capabilities with the company’s regional and local market expertise.

As a key part of this position, he will lead teams from the lines of business, sales and client management functions.

A veteran with over 20 years of insurance and broking experience in Asia, Weaver will dedicate his time between Asia and Australasia to focus on finding new ways to enhance and strengthen CRB’s capabilities.
