HRM Asia’s Watchlist coming soon

HRM Magazine Asia needs your help to uncover the best of Southeast Asia’s emerging HR leadership talent.
HRM Magazine Asia is excited to embark on its next research mission: finding and showcasing the best trailblazers and as-yet-uncelebrated HR talent across the Southeast Asia region.

In its inaugural HRM Watchlist, the magazine will be highlighting up to 30 of these unique personalities, all of them building winning cultures and effective workplace strategies for their fast-moving organisations.

It is looking for HR leaders on clear upward trajectories towards increasingly strategic and far-reaching roles. That could mean someone has quickly risen through the ranks from the bottom up, or someone who made lateral shift to HR before swiftly blossoming.

It will likely include regional and HR leaders based in the common hub of Singapore, but also nationally-recognised and fast-growing talents working from Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and Manila.

There isn’t one single pathway, just traits that illustrate a willingness to continue moving forward and exploring increasingly bigger challenges.

Please do let us know of any potential candidates before August 10. You can reach the research team at kelvin.ong@hrmasia.com.sg.
