Shivkumar RaghuramanShivkumar Raghuraman, Chief People Officer, Bestseller

Shivkumar Raghuraman has been appointed as the Chief People Officer of Danish fashion company Bestseller for the India market.

Based in Mumbai, Raghuraman will oversee the organisation’s people management function in India, focused on its key brand lines like Jack and Jones, Ero Moda, Junarose, Jaqueline de Yong, Mamalicious, Name It and more.

Bestseller markets its products in 70 markets across most of Europe, the Middle East, Canada, India and globally via e-commerce and some 3,000 branded chain stores across 38 markets worldwide.

He was previously the Head of Talent and Performance Management At the National Bank of Oman where he put into place a Best Practices framework.

Luc AndreaniLuc Andreani, Managing Director, Foodpanda Singapore

Luc Andreani has been named foodpanda Singapore’s new managing director, replacing Aspa Lekka, who is moving to the food delivery app’s Berlin office to head up Account Management globally.  

Andreani comes with a wealth of experience in the retail market place and specialistion in data analytics, supply chain management, vendor acquisition, account/brand management and business development in ecommerce.

In this role, Andreani hopes to double order volume and reach profitability, while maintaining customer service standards in 2017 alone.

He will also be responsible for the company's HR objectives.

Salil ApteSalil Apte, HR Executive, Medtech Global

Salil Apte has joined New Zealand’s largest healthcare management technology solutions provider Medtech Global as HR Executive.

In this role, he leads the HR function for the group in New Zealand and Australia.

Apte has over seven years HR experience with key focus in employee experience, hospitality and public sector.

He had spent almost five years at Kuramathi Island Resort in Maldives overseeing the HR of three sites - Kuramathi, Maafushivaru & Kandolhu Island with a combined worforce strength of over 1,100 employees.
