Catherine AngCatherine Ang, Director, Human Capital & Development, PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road

Catherine Ang became the Director of Human Capital and Development at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road in Singapore starting June 2017.

In this role, she heads HR and Learning and Development in the Hotel and Shared Service divisions.

Prior to this, she was the HR Director of Minor Food group Singapore, which owns over 70 food and beverage outlets in Singapore and Malaysia, including brands like Thai Express, Hong Kong Xin Wang Café and Poulet.

She has extensive years of experience in HR, training and quality experiences in the hospitality and service industry. Her HR expertise areas include talent management, industrial relations, quality and process improvement, compensation and benefit, learning and development, resourcing and system set-up.  

Marda Romillo- SaturnoMarda Romillo-Saturno, Group Chief HR Officer, Citadel Pacific Ltd.

Marda Romillo-Saturno was recently appointed the Group Chief HR Officer at Citadel Pacific, the engineering consultancy arm of Citadel Holdings, one of the largest private investment firms in The Philippines.

She joins from building materials provider HeidelbergCement, where she was its HR Director for Asia-Pacific.

In that role, she reported directly to the CEO of APAC, acting as strategic adviser and key support to the CEO in terms of over-all HR management matters, change-management, succession planning and communication. 

Romillo-Saturno prides herself as a highly strategic yet tactical and operational HR Director with more than 25 years of HR leadership experience in global companies covering multi-countries in Asia-Pacific, South Africa, South Asia.
