New HR roles at Facebook, Nike and more

Ken HoskinKen Hoskin, HR Business Partner, Emerging Markets at Facebook

Ken Hoskin is now HR Business Partner for Emerging Markets at social network Facebook and remains based in Singapore.

In this role, Hoskin will assist Facebook’s in-house talent to develop themselves, in line with the organisation’s vision of building communities and bringing the world closer together.

Prior to this, he spent over three years at accommodation listing site Airbnb as its Head of Asia-Pacific Talent, where he helped recruit, retain and grow employees across the region.

Hoskin, who has 17 years’ HR experience, says he is “a critical thinker and adept negotiator” who works to apply extensive experience in the areas of talent management and HR.

Liedeke van DonselaarLiedeke van Donselaar, Senior Employee Relations Manager, Asia-Pacific, Nike

Liedeke van Donselaar has taken on a new portfolio at Nike as the Senior Employee Relations Manager for the Asia-Pacific region, based in Singapore.

Van Doneselaar takes on this role after spending nearly four years as the Asia-Pacific Senior HR Compliance Specialist, where she supported all in-scope countries across the region by providing HR Compliance consulting and advice.

Before coming to Singapore, she was an Employment Lawyer at Dutch law firm Kennedy Van der Laan, where she litigated and advised on employment law issues, with a special focus on matters concerning employee participation law, harmonisation of employment benefits, misconduct and employee performance.

Dennis Daugaard AndersenDennis Daugaard Andersen, HR Director, KONE Corporation

Dennis Daugaard Andersen, the former Director of HR and Talent Management for Asia Pacific at building materials giant CRH, has relocated back to Europe and joined KONE Corporation as its HR Director for Central and northern Europe.

Anderson has been based in Singapore for the last seven and a half years, until this latest appointment.

Prior to CRH, he was the Regional HR Director for Asia-Pacific at Danish facilities services company ISS Worldwide.

Anderson says his focus as an HR practitioner is on enabling business leaders and organisations to achieve their objectives in an international environment.
