Naresh VijayakumaranNaresh Vijayakumaran, Development Manager, Xpointo Media

Naresh Vijayakumaran joined Xpointo Media in June 2017 as its Development Manager based out of Singapore.

In this role, he is responsible for building up the company’s HR capability development, organisation design and development, talent acquisition in the digital marketing landscape, and overall learning and training and development initiatives.

He was previously Manager, Arts, Office of Student Life at Singapore Management University from November 2013 to June 2017, where he was involved with the institution’s character and learning, and leadership development programmes.

Shai GanuShai Ganu, Managing Director; Talent & Rewards Business – South Asia, Willis Towers Watson

Shai Ganu has joined Willis Towers Watson as its Managing Director for the Talent and Rewards Business overseeing South Asia.

In this role, he will be responsible for the Board Advisory, management consulting, and data services offerings across Willis Towers Watsons Talent & Reward business in the region.

Ganu joins from Mercer, where as the Partner, Market Business Leader – Talent, was responsible for leading Mercer's talent business across 12 countries in Asia and a team of some 180 consultants. 

He says he is deeply passionate about people and corporate governance.
