Kong has taken on the role of Regional Senior HR Manager for the Organisational Development and Learning division at wine and spirits manufacturer Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific, based out of Hong Kong.
She was previously the HR Director of Publicis Communications Singapore.
Kong is a learning and development (L&D) partner with 16 years of L&D and consultancy experience.
She is experienced in creating and executing Asia-wide L&D strategies, and tracking and reporting processes, to support business outcomes.
Jenn Chong, HR Manager, Park Hotel Farrer Park
Jenn Chong has taken the lead in recruitment of the remaining opening team at Park Hotel Farrer Park and will be responsible for staffing strategy and staff training to ensure they espouse and demonstrate values that are aligned with the Group’s culture.
Chong is certified in ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment), and was with the pre-opening team at various hotels prior to her current role at Park Hotel Farrer Park.
