DBS Bank, Teledirect CEO lead winner’s pack at HR Fest Awards

The first-ever HR Festival Asia, brought to you by the combined experience of HR Technology Conference & Exposition (US) and HR Summit (Asia), takes over the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre on May 8 and 9.

With a line-up of more than 100 speakers across six dedicated streams, and an Expo Hall with more than 100 exhibitors, there’s a little something for everyone at the event.

The first-ever HR Fest Awards took place earlier today at HR Festival Asia, recognising two individuals, and three organisations, for their achievements in the area of human capital and people management.

Sheela Parakkal of Prudential Assurance Company Singapore beat out 16 other finalists to be named the Microsoft Best HR Leader , while Laurent Junique, CEO of the Teledirect Group, emerged from a pool of five finalists to bag the Cornerstone Best C-Suite Leader Award.

The RChilli Best Use of HR Technology Award was awarded to DBS Bank. A total of seven organisations competed as finalists in this category.

The Singapore International Foundation came up tops in the SAP Best Innovation in HR category, while the ADP Best HR Transformation Award went to the National Environment Agency of Singapore.

The winners were named on the HR Tech stage, at the close of the days proceedings. They were selected by an esteemed panel of judges, based on detailed reports submitted by each finalist.
