Compensation & Benefits Manager, APAC
- Our client is a leading US MNC with strong regional presence in APAC. Due to its expansion within the APAC region, they are currently looking for a designated Compensation & Benefits Manager to actively drive short-term and long-term strategies.
- In this role, you will partner closely with the other HR counterparts in the region to ensure a robust Compensation and Benefits structure across the business. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and administering policies and programs and ensure overall integrity through guiding principles of the Global Total Rewards programs. As a subject matter expert and advisor, you will conduct a variety of analyses and provide recommendations in areas around external market competitiveness, internal equity and program design effectiveness, and deliver any change communications.
- The successful candidate will have demonstrated a strong track record around compensation and benefits strategies and understanding of labour regulations for Southeast Asia, India and Australia. Not only do you come with a depth of knowledge in C&B, but also has strong communications and presentation skills, take an active approach in problem-solving and possess a service-oriented mindset.
