Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative HR strategies and solutions to meet client requirements and business objectives
  • Manage large and complex projects on Talent Management
  • Engage potential clients to determine their needs and develop proposals
  • Contribute to intellectual product development
  • Take on a significant role in client management and ensure lasting and continuous relationships with clients

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of talent management topics including competency development, career structure and pathways, performance management, selection and recruitment, succession management, learning and development, and manpower planning
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to contribute in a high performance environment
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point


  • All applicants must have a good degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or Business Management
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience. Candidates with consulting experience will be preferred
