The incumbent in this position will support Talent Management solutions for a wide range of clients in the private and public sector, including the SME market. This role requires a strong team player who can multi-task; thrive in a demanding, fast paced environment; be a detailed practitioner and most importantly, be able to manage expectations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Talent Management experience. Ideally some sales and business development exposure as they will be required to also generate revenue and lead talent management related projects.


Primary Responsibilities

- Design and implement innovative HR strategies and solutions to meet client requirements and business objectives

- Manage large and complex projects on Talent Management

- Engage potential clients to determine their needs and develop proposals

- Contribute to intellectual product development

- Take on a significant role in client management and ensure lasting and continuous relationships with clients


Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of talent management topics including competency development, career structure and pathways, performance management, selection and recruitment, succession management, learning and development, and manpower planning

- Exceptional analytical skills

- Strong research skills

- Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to contribute in a high performance environment

- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point



- All applicants must have a good degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or Business Management

- A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience. Candidates with consulting experience will be preferred
