I have been assigned a search for 2 x Senior Learning Consultants (100k – c140k SGD) within a global matrix consulting company based in Singapore as part of their Learning & Development /Leadership Development team.  

There is a flat structure to promote personal development opportunities, real responsibility and gain exposure to leadership teams.  They are advocates of creating fun and engaging envionments for you to work in!  There is little red tape, so decisions are swift and you can drive creativity and tailor learning approaches according to the unique client need and learning journey.

These roles focus on the people side of strategy, working with leaders at all levels to help them make better decisions, convert those decisions to actions and deliver results;

1 x Senior Learning Consultant Role;  A full 360 role where you will be client facing and design and deliver end-to-end learning programmes and opportunities for a wide portfolio of exciting clients across South East Asia helping to build, develop and upskill their people and teams.  You will execute strategies by creating alignment, change behaviours and mindsets, building capabilities within your client organisations.  

You will help drive thought leadership, deliver and design leadership assessment, training, executive coaching.  You will work on projects such as retention, onboarding, engagement, e-learning, soft skills and engagement.

You will act as an individual contributor and / or a part of a team made up of your own team members or the clients depending on the remit and you will work on multiple projects so you won't have a chance to get bored there!

The successful candidate must be an excellent relationship builder and very capable to grow their already extensive client base.

1 x Senior Learning Consultant role (Financial and / or Banking experience and knowledge);

In addition to the above -  This role also requires an understanding/experience from Financial & / or Banking services.

This person may come with knowledge/experience of; risk, product knowledge, compliance, AML operations, corporate and consumer banking insight, the understanding of handling banking clients, the capability to pitch services and have an astute awareness of soft skills / sales required to drive their client’s capability.
