Associate Director HR, Business Partnering
About Our Client
Our client is a leader in the Engineering industry and they are currently hiring a Associate Director HR to lead the HR Business Partnering portfolio. The successful candidate will lead, manage and enhance HR strategic plans for the Group by providing consultation, advisory, support and guidance to the business groups on all HR matters and initiatives.
Reporting directly to the VP of HR, you will manage the HR Business Partnering team for the group as they embark on a HR transformational journey for the organization. You will be responsible for implementing the HR agenda, talent programmes, and change management initiatives of the Group. The organization is constantly developing, growing and changing so the role requires you to operate with autonomy, flexibility, resilience and independence.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a strong people leader with experience working in both MNCs and GLCs. Ideally you should have managed a sizable team of at least 5 people and have been responsible for a large workforce. As a large demographic of staff will be engineers and operators, previous experience in engineering firms would be valuable. You must be able to demonstrate that you have the agility to work in an environment where there has been a HR Transformation. You should have the confidence to deal with senior stakeholders, while remaining hands on with HR policies and initiatives.
