Our client is an established and reputable brand name in the professional services industry. They are present in over 35 countries world-wide with an excellent team of senior management and a forward-thinking culture. Currently, they are investing heavily in the APAC region and are growing rapidly. In an effort to grow talent organicatlly, they are currently looking for a Campus Recruitment Lead.
Reporting to the Global Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing and administering all graduate recruitment-related matters for the organization; driving the full life cycle from the planning and attending of careers fairs and school events to shortlisting and hiring of selected candidates. You will partner with Global Recruitment teams in their recruitment initiatives, graduate recruitment strategy and employer branding exercises which occur throughout the year. Additionally, you will oversee and facilitate all the training requirements for the trainees during the entire program. Key to your success is your ability to remain creative, provide insights and ensure a steady pipeline of talent for the organization.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you should have 5-8 years of campus recruitment experience in a progressive MNC preferably in the financial services or FMCG sector. You should be a strong people person with the confidence to engage with large audiences during presentations while remaining approachable for prospective candidates to engage with you. Key to your success is the ability to build and maintain relationships with universities and student bodies across key geographies (Singapore, UK, US, Australia) and manage senior stakeholders of the organisation. Due to the nature of the role, prior experience in graduate/ campus recruitment would be highly valuable.
