About Our Client
Our client is a renowned non-profit organization bringing about humanitarian, economic and social balance while tackling international problems through a shared community of like-minded individuals. They have a mission to ensure stability in their main domain areas and to be a trusted organization that governs the interest of their members.
Reporting into the Group CEO, you will provide full expertise in the areas of HR management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and staffing, staff development and organizational effectiveness and HR services and data management. The individual will also take the lead in recovering lost stakeholder relationships and ensure a consistency in policies and communications across the region. More importantly, it’s also to help build and foster the pipeline of like-minded individuals in the long run to ensure strong bench strength for sustainability.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should possess a minimum of 15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a non-profit organization dealing in a regional capacity. You should possess excellent organizational skills with a client solving mindset. The successful individual will have strong persistence, efficiency and punctuality in handling multiple tasks and works collectively as a team to interact with staff and officials of diverse cultural backgrounds across all levels. Given the niche parameters and it’s strong visibility within the Asia market, they are open to relocate Asian Expats over to Singapore.
