About Our Client
We are delighted to be retained by a well-known homegrown ASEAN Technology start-up to appoint their first ever Chief HR Officer. With significant market share in SEA Pacific and Taiwan, the successful HR Executive will lead, manage and enhance HR strategic plans for the Group by providing consultation, advisory, support and guidance to the business groups on HR matters and initiatives. The Group is planning and on track for an IPO within the next three years.
Reporting to the CEO and working directly with the board, you will be responsible to implement the HR strategy, talent programmes, and change manager. You will ensure that the business has the people and organisational capabilities to support the business growth objectives through the provision of strategic customer focused HR solutions. Your team will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function including talent management, talent acquisition, rewards and recognition, learning and development, employee relations. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders across multi-countries on a strategic level.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a strong leader with international experience across APAC. Ideally, you should have current/past working experience working with Global MNCs and start-ups with direct experience on scaling the business. You must be able to demonstrate that you can work in an ambiguous and unstructured environment. Ideally with some change management exposure, you will understand matrix environments and have the international MNC pedigree required to take HR forward in this demanding environment.
