About Our Client
Our Client is a leading manufacturing company with a strong presence in Southeast Asia. Due to strategic growth and business expansion into Asian countries, they are now looking for a highly analytical Compensation & Benefits Specialist to drive total rewards strategies in the region.
Working closely with the HR Development team, you will continuously drive the annual target setting and incentive programs, and ensure that individual performance is linked to business performance. You will diagnose the root causes of the staff turnover, propose, design and implement people retention programs, calibrate job grades with market data and uphold alignment with market benchmarks. You will also participate in Merger and Acquisition projects as the company continues to expand.
The Successful Applicant
You need to possess a Bachelor Degree and Major in Accounting/ Mathematics/ Statistics is preferable. You also need to have a minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a Compensation and Benefits role at multinational environment. Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry will be highly regarded.
