Country HR Business Partner - Plant
About Our Client
Our client is a renowned organization in the Pharmaceutical industry. They have been extremely profitable, are currently undergoing rapid growth and hence they are looking for strong HR Partners to join their team. Hence, they have newly created a position due to the emerging needs of the company for a Plant HR Business Partner.
Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will be managing the entire HR Operations of the plant and look into up-scaling the HR competencies’. You will be required to take on a 2 pronged approach to secure strong operational excellence whilst being a change agent to transform the organization and reach greater heights. Some of the key issues that will require attention, to mention a few will be the talent development and retention of staff as well as to achieve high operational efficiencies.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess approximately 10-15 years of HRBP/Generalist experience in a plant environment, equipped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. You should have managed both blue and white collared individuals and had a proven track record of building relationships while engaging people on the ground to achieve strong engagement scores. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have some knowledge of Workday as they have recently transitioned into the new HR platform systems.
