Head of HR
Reporting into the CEO the Head of HR will be an integral member of the leadership team and will be expected to design and drive forward the people strategy for the business.
Heading up a team split across recruitment, C&B, Payroll, L&D and HRBP you will be a hands on Manager who enjoys coaching and developing the team. There is an opportunity to review and improve existing policies and procedures and make a real impact in terms of improving HR Operations.
The Head of HR will work closely with the senior leadership team and act as a trusted advisor who can provide guidance and advice particularly around employee relations and performance management.
This role presents a real opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to take on greater responsibilities and help shape the future success of the organisation. Being seen as a trusted advisor by the CEO this is a rare chance to contribute to company strategy and feel like a true business partner.
To be considered for this opportunity there is an expectation that the individual will have proven HR operations experience in a blue collar environment ideally in the FMCG, Logistics or Manufacturing industry. With ideally regional experience, confident communication skills in English and Mandarin, in depth knowledge of Singapore employment procedures and proven management experience this individual will be looking for a new challenge where they can really make an impact.
