Job Description

Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will be tasked to manage the HR Practice across the region and to embark on a HR transformational journey for the organization. You will be responsible for implementing the HR agenda, talent programmes, and change management of the Group. The organisation is constantly developing, growing and changing so the role requires you to operate with autonomy, flexibility, resilience and independence. As they have a strong presence and growth in the regional countries, this person would be required to travel frequently to those countries.  passionate about their work.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you possess a minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. The successful applicant should be ready to be both operational and strategic as this position would require the rolling up of sleeves to set up things from scratch. Having prior experience in a Professional/ Financial Services industry would be helpful to the success of this role. You should have the innate ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities with strong stakeholder management skills to build relationships and influence through those relationships. Prior experience in managing big HR teams would be a value add to the role.
