A start-up mentality still exists in the business meaning each and every member of the team across all functions continues to contribute in any way they can whether that's the CEO picking up telephone calls or this Head of HR drawing up a contract when they have to.
As both a strategic and operational role this position will suit a HR Leader who loves to be busy, hands on wants to be in a role where they can make a tangiable difference to an organisation.
Talent is top of the agenda so you will work closely with the regional and global leadership team to identify employee learning & development, talent development and succession planning requirements.
Working as part of a global HR team you will help to design and roll out policies and procedures with key responsibility over the APAC employment regulations.
We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded, regionally experienced (SE Asia & China in particular) Senior HRBP/HR Director who has prior experience leading a regional HR function in a digital/technology/media start up type environment.
You will be a charasmatic HR leader who loves to build relationships and can act as a trusted business partner to the leadership team. With a natural ability to influence and an enjoyment of coaching and mentorting you will be seeking a career move to an organisation who also has ambition, like to have fun and yet will keep striving to the be the best at what they do.
