Job Description

Reporting to the VP HR, APAC, you will be critical in establishing C&B structures across Asia Pacific. you will be responsible for managing the full Compensation Review process (Salary planning/ budgeting, promotions, bonus payouts, salary adjustments, merit review exercises), job grading/ Salary benchmarking exercises, analyzing and implementing new and revised benefit programs, policies, and procedures in order to be responsive to the company's goals and to ensure the company competitiveness on the market. You will assist your team with cost and budget analysis, communications, vendor selection and contract negotiations. Key to your success will be your ability to make positive changes, process improvements at a strategic level and work with local HR business partners in the roll out and execution of these programs.

The Successful Applicant

You should be a degree qualified HR professional, with at least 10 years of experience in a regional Compensation & Benefits role. Ideally, you come with prior experience from a consulting firm. You are results-driven, hands-on and confident to advise managers on compensation schemes. To be highly successful in this role, you must have the ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively suggest new solutions. Due to the nature of the business coverage, mandarin speaking capability is essential to the success of this candidate.
