Our client is a successful, start-up FinTech business who has engaged us to find their next Head of HR to support their small-mid sized and growing population, in Singapore. They exceeded business performance last year and now require someone with excellent people and leadership skills to help take the business and people agenda forward. HR there has a personal touch there and cultural fit is key for all of their hires.
This person will lead a small and growing HR team locally and undertake a 360 role, liaising with the executive team and key stakeholders across South-East Asia and executing the Talent, Reward, Recruitment and Engagement Strategy.
Strategic & Operational Oversight; You will play a lead role in the development and implementation of commercial HR solutions (in line with the firm's parameters and local market) to support the firm’s strategy for Singapore. This will include establishing strong operational excellence, being a change leader when necessary, supporting talent management processes, operational efficiency and HR expertise.
Highly Desirable: HR experience within the local market.
Benefits: Excellent Bonus Component (capped at 45%)
