About Our Client

Our client is a global Manufacturer and the world’s leading player in their field with over 160 Million Euros worth of profit. Due to excellent performance and expansion in Asia, they are now looking for an HR Executive to support the regional operations out of Singapore.

Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Head of Human Resources, a big part of your portfolio (50%) will be involved with full-spectrum Talent Acquisition. You will effectively manage and keep internal and external talent pools to ensure swift and efficient fulfilment of recruitment activities in order to keep up with the fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will also be supporting the entire gamut of HR operations from Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Performance Management while working closely with the hiring manager. Lastly, you will also be involved in employee engagement activities such as rolling out staff welfare programs, town hall meetings, etc.

The Successful Applicant

You need to be a Degree holder with minimum 5 years of specialist Recruitment experience, of which 2-3 years spent on hiring Engineering related positions from junior all the way to senior level. A mix of external agency and in-house specialist recruitment experience will be ideal. Some exposure to HR Generalist work of about 2-3 years is a pre-requisite as well. You will be a highly desirable candidate if you are someone who is able to engage and get buy-in from the senior technical heads of departments.
