About Our Client
Our client is a global Manufacturer of technology products with over US$ 50 Billion worth of business and close to 200,000 employees worldwide. They are looking for a bright and energetic HR Executive to support the region out of Singapore.
Reporting to the Regional Talent and Engagement Manager, a big part of your portfolio will be involved with full-spectrum Talent Acquisition. You will also be working closely with the Learning & Development team in the region in areas of Training administration, onboarding, performance management training, etc. Lastly, you will also be involved in employee engagement initiatives such as rolling out staff welfare programs, town hall meetings, etc.
The Successful Applicant
You need to be a Degree holder with minimum 3 years of HR experience in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. You will be a highly desirable candidate if you are someone who is hungry to learn with passion for recruitment and training.
