Focusing mainly on Singapore, you are responsible for leading the team for the full spectrum of HR needs for the organisation, both strategically and operationally. Being a key member of the Management team, you will are expected to sit in on board meetings with Senior Stakeholders to provide counsel and advise on all human capital matters. You will design long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals. Key to your success is your ability to build credibility within the organisation and to gain the buy in from stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
You are a Degree qualified individual from a reputable university with at least 8 years of HR experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment. A culturally sensible and mature individual, you should have a passion for people and have demonstrated an impressive track record of being a proactive and inspirational leader with the ability to influence and drive changes together with senior management. Possessing an excellent attitude and aptitude, you should be ambitious with the vision to succeed as a HR leader in a Stellar organization!
