HR Manager - Financial Services
A leading global financial services business is looking to bring on board an experienced HR Manager to lead the people function in Singapore.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced HR generalist who is looking to take on responsibility for the full HR Operations and work as a strategic business partner to the management team particularly in areas like talent acquisition, talent management and employee relations.
This is a highly visible role in the business and you will be seen as the 'go to' person for all people related matters. With support from a regional SSC and working closely with the APAC and Global HR teams you will also be involved in a number of upcoming projects aimed at improving the employee experience.
To be considered for this role you must have at least 7 years HR experience in a financial services business in Singapore, be a confident communicator and have operated as an advisor to the senior management team previously. This is a top tier, global financial services business so a degree in a business or HR discipline is a must.
