HR Relationship Assistant Manager / Manager
About Our Client
Our client is a highly established conglomerate in the investments and property industry. They are looking to further bolster their operations across South East Asia and are in the midst of expansion. Right now, they are looking for a L&D Manager with exposure to talent management to join their team.
Reporting into the VP of HR based in Singapore, you will be tasked with the end to end of HR Business Partnering and HR Operations portfolio. This is a newly created position due to the expansion of the organization. Currently, they are looking at someone who is able to handle local operations but the role will eventually move into a regional role. One of the key focuses would also be the employee engagement and employee relations bit where you would need to engage people on the ground and the people managers. This role partners very closely with the sales teams as well as the IT teams. Apart from the daily operations to work on, there are several initiatives to help the business further propel into the regional landscape.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess a minimum of 8 years of generalist / HR Partnering experience with a degree in HR or its equivalence. They would be looking for someone who possess strong EQ and IQ to manage the stakeholders, build relationships and through those relationships, to influence and impact the business. The ideal candidate should also come with strong operational HR knowledge and the know-how to problem solve and come up with solutions in tricky situations.
