Human Resources Manager (Plant)
Focusing mainly on Singapore, you are responsible for partnering the plant and ensuring smooth running of day-to-day HR operations while working closely with the Centre of Excellence and HR services teams. You will be in charge of the full spectrum of HR for the plant, from Compensation & Benefits to Performance Appraisal, Recruitment, Learning & Development and Talent Management. As a business partner, you will engage in industry discussions, negotiating for Collective Agreement and being a key player in Union matters. Key to your success is your ability to build credibility within the organisation and to gain the buy-in from stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
You are a Degree qualified individual from a reputable university with at least 10 years of full-spectrum HR experience in multinational companies. Experience dealing with the Union and negotiating for Collective Agreement is critical to your success. A culturally sensible and mature individual, you should have a passion for people and have demonstrated an impressive track record in people engagement across all levels and backgrounds.
