About Our Client

Our client is a global renowned MNC in the logistics industry. As part of the continued growth and expansion, they have pumped in resources to ensure operational efficiencies across various sectors of their businesses. In a bid to streamline further the payroll processing across the 15 locations in Asia Pacific, they are currently looking for a Senior Manager to perform Payroll Transformation to join their teams.

Job Description

This is a newly created position, reporting directly to the SVP of Global HR Systems based in Europe. You will be tasked with the successful transition into the designated payroll vendor globally in the Asia Pacific space. You will be involved in project management and will need to ensure timelines and objectives are duly met. This assignment is one with high touch points with various HR leaders across the 15 countries as well as externally with the appointed payroll vendor.

The Successful Applicant

You should possess approximately 10 to 15 years of payroll experience, covering minimally South-East Asia but preferably across the Asia Pacific continent. You should possess strong knowledge of how payroll works coupled with high diligence and compliance, managing risks and ensuring prompt follow-ups. This portfolio would require the incumbent to have an eye for risk-adversity and forward contingent planning.
