I am working with a prestigious global matrix Professional Services Firm based in Singapore who are looking to expand their SE Asian Team of consultants - who are client facing and field based.  There are various consultant opportunities for smart, commercially astute, analytical professionals looking to make a move into a more people aligned role.

They have a number of practices to join ranging from; Financial & Commercial Acumen training and Strategy Consultancy teams, Learning & Development,  and Leadership Development.

These roles focus on the people side of strategy, working with leaders at all levels to help them make better decisions, convert those decisions to actions and deliver results;

Senior Consultant Roles: 360 roles where you will be client facing and design and deliver end-to-end programmes and opportunities for a wide portfolio of exciting clients across South East Asia helping to build, develop and upskill their people and teams and align them to the overall business strategy.  You will execute strategies by creating alignment, change behaviours and mindsets, building capabilities within your client organisations.  

You will help drive thought leadership, deliver and design leadership assessment, training, executive coaching.  You will work on projects such as retention, metrics, financials, strategic alignment, onboarding, engagement, e-learning, and soft skills.

You will act as an individual contributor and / or a part of a team made up of your own team members or the clients depending on the remit and you will work on multiple projects so you won't have a chance to get bored there!

The successful candidate must be an excellent relationship builder and very capable to grow their already extensive client base.  You will need to focus on business development and will have sales targets as part of your role.  You must have a regional network to be considered for this role.

You must be confident in managing financials, interpreting and analysing data, producing high quality reports and presenting results back to the client.  They will support trainable gaps, but a flair for numbers is a MUST!

Desirable: MBA qualified, candidates with knowledge of banking/finance industry (can understand annual reports, understand finance concepts, consulting background, mergers and acquisitions backgrounds, hard HR, accounting background. The ability to design business simulations is a very nice to have!..
