Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager
Reporting to the Regional Compensation & Benefits Director, you will be designing and delivering both compensation and benefits programs across the region. In driving your total rewards initiatives, you will have a specific focus on conducting competitive market analysis to benchmark with the internal structure and external competitors. You will serve as the lead C&B point of contact to the Rewards Director, HR Business Partners and leadership team on compensation topics. Your responsibilities will also include lead projects on topics such as bonus plans, sales compensation, and long-term incentives that impact across all areas of the company.
The Successful Applicant
You should be Degree qualified with at least 10 years of experience in specialist Compensation & Benefits capacity with significant regional and leadership exposure. You have strong understanding of the Laws and Regulations and C&B practices/ initiatives within APAC. You are results-driven, hands-on and confident to advise managers on compensation schemes. Your passion for providing business leaders with high quality advice is matched by your attention to detail and data accuracy.
