About Our Client

We are glad to be working exclusively with a Technology firm that is looking to expand multi-fold in the region. They are placing a very heavy emphasis on people, hence are currently hiring for a new Head of HR to put in place world-class HR strategies and processes as well as ensure a strong culture for the company.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the head of the business, you will be tasked with the set-up of the HR team in the region. They have something rudimentary in place, however they require a much stronger HR structure to sustain their expansion. In the initial phase, the key focus would be to lead, plan and execute hiring efforts, to fill the organization with like-minded individuals who can propel the business forward. Concurrently and/or subsequently, the focus will move towards providing sound HR advisory to the business and continue on fostering stronger HR tools such as talent management, employee development, performance management and employee engagement. Lastly, it is to also create a fun and inclusive work environment where people can allow their creative juices to flow.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you possess a minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. The successful applicant should be ready to be both operational and strategic as this position would require the rolling up of sleeves to set up things from scratch. Having prior experience as a HR Consultant with project management background in multinational consulting firms is non-negotiable.
