About Our Client
Our client is a well-known global player in the Technology industry with significant market share and an enviable reputation within their areas of specialisation. They pride themselves with unrivaled product knowledge, offering their clients the most comprehensive and best service portfolio in the industry. With their consistent growth across the region, they are presently seeking a new Regional HR Director, APAC & Middle East. The successful candidate will lead, manage and enhance HR strategic plans for the Group by providing consultation, advisory, support and guidance to the business groups on HR matters and initiatives.
Based in Singapore, you will reporting to the Chief HR Officer and will be responsible for implementing the HR strategy, talent programmes, and change management of the Group. The organisation is constantly developing, growing and changing so the role requires you to operate with autonomy, flexibility, resilience, independence and competence. You must balance the encouragement of creativity with the need for policy and procedure, and must be able to quickly establish effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff. You will also own, drive, design HR projects impacting managers, employees or stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a strong leader with regional experience across APAC and preferably Middle East. Ideally, you should have current/past working experience working with Global MNCs in the Technology sector. You must be able to demonstrate that you can work in an ambiguous and unstructured environment. Ideally with some change management exposure, you will understand matrix environments and have the international MNC pedigree required to take HR forward in this demanding environment.
