About Our Client
We are delighted to be working exclusively with a Fortune 250 leading brand name in the industrial space and they have been achieving strong year on year growth. They are now looking for a Regional C&B & HR Director to lead the team in its efforts to scale their business and to create a holistic and conducive working culture. This position is located in Singapore and serves as an HR leader and thought partner.
Reporting to the VP HR, AMEA, you will manage the HR function & work with the management team in driving and spearheading changes to the organisation. In addition, you will also be the C&B COE Leader and responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function including talent management, talent acquisition, rewards and recognition, learning and development, employee relations. Previous leadership experience would be an advantage, given there is a team to lead. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level.
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can drive change and business results through the use of strong influencing skills and deep functional expertise. Specific experience with compensation & benefits is a must. You should be Singapore based, familiar with Asia HR activities and comfortable working within a matrix-reporting environment.
