Regional HR Director, South Asia
About Our Client
Our client is the Global Market Leader in their product line within the FMCG industry. They have been experiencing year on year growth for the region. They are now looking for a new Regional HR Director for South Asia to lead the team in its growth efforts. The successful candidate will lead, manage and enhance HR strategic plans for the Group by providing consultation, advisory, support and guidance to the business groups on HR matters and initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Regional CEO, you will manage the HR Practice across the region and to embark on a HR transformational journey for the organization. You will be responsible for implementing the HR agenda, talent programmes, and change management of the Group. The organisation is constantly developing, growing and changing so the role requires you to operate with autonomy, flexibility, resilience and independence. As they have a strong presence and growth in the regional countries, this person would be required to travel frequently to those countries.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a strong leader with regional experience across SEA and preferably India. Ideally, you should have current/past working experience working with a sales focused task force with Global MNCs. You must be able to demonstrate that you can work in an fast paced and green fields environment where you have the confidence to deal with senior stakeholders, while remaining hands on with HR policies and initiatives. Experience with managing mergers & acquisition would be highly regarded, due to the nature of their business.
