About Our Client
Our Client is one of the top tier players in the Aviation-related industry. They are one of the top few in worldwide rankings in what they do and are currently undergoing a growth stage globally. They are looking to set in place new HR structures and to further strengthen the HR competancies of the organization. Hence, they are now looking for a Regional HR Manager to champion the growth and lead the charge across Asia.
This is a newly created position and you will work closely with the Chief HR Officer globally to work out the transformational piece across Asia Pacific. They are looking to bolster their HR competancies through further alignment of strategies and policies across countries. In a bid of doing so, to re-draw talent management practices, organizational designs and attractive compensation & benefits schemes. You will be leading a team of HR professionals across the region and ensure the best class of HR delivery at every touch points along the way.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you possess a minimum of 10 years in regional HRBP capacity, transformational management role and should come from aviation related industries. You should also possess strong stakeholder management skills with the innate ability to influence through relationship building as there will be plenty of changes to implement and hence push-backs will be a very often phenomenon. The successful applicant would be someone who is customer oriented and looking to provide the best class of service to internal stakeholders
