About Our Client
Our client is in the US MNC in the technology space, they have revolutionized their industry and are on their way to monopolize the market with their competitive and state-of-the-art offerings. Right now, they are expanding rapidly and are targeting into penetrating new markets to further their market reach. Hence, they are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader for Asia Pacific.
This role has a significant impact on the expansion across Asia Pacific. You will be responsible for the overarching strategy of the talent acquisition agenda with the key focus revolving around building a strong employer branding and marketing the organization as an up and coming employer of choice. You will also build strong networks in the industry and synthesize a strong pipeline of talents in the market to prepare for aggressive growth. In order to keep up with changing times, you will also be be involved in the review of recruitment processes/efficiencies and upskilling of the current team’s recruitment capabilities and maturity in which, you will be leading a team of 6-7 recruitment partners in the region.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you possess a minimum of 13 years of Talent Acquisition experience in reputable Technology MNCs, equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. This individual should have held positions where they had full responsibility over the entire talent acquisition agenda for Asia and been in a leadership role. This incumbent will be working closely with business leaders to revitalise the attraction and retention of both internal and external candidates and to build a strong elite workforce for continuous growth. They would require this candidate to be able to work in a fast-moving culture and someone who could be both strategic and hands-on. The successful individual will possess executive presence, ability to develop new concepts and have displayed influencing abilities across management.
