Our Client is a US MNC in the Tech industry. They are currently top 3 in worldwide rankings in what they do and are currently undergoing a growth stage in Asia Pacific. They are now looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to champion the growth and lead the function across Asia.

Job Description

This is a newly created position and you will work closely with the Regional TA Director to ensure a high performance team and look at both strategy and data analytics of talent acquisition across the region. You will also be leading a team of 10-12 recruiters and be required to assess their current capabilities and help them grow to the next level. The primary overarching mentality is to ensure an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role will also involve building talent pipelines and partnerships to ensure that there is a healthy pool of candidates to fit the requisitions expectations annually.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience in talent acquisition and should come from a mix of both in-house and RPO set-ups. You should have managed a regional portfolio and managed a sizeable team across the region. You should be someone who has strong accountability in team delivery and building up the capabilities of the team. You should also possess strong stakeholder management skills with the innate ability to influence through relationship building. The successful applicant would be someone who looks at perfection and someone who wants to give the best class of recruitment service delivery.
