About Our Client

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a Fortune 500 MNC with significant market share and is a global luxury FMCG group with has strong ambitions to become a global leader. We have recently just identified the Group's Head of HR, APAC & ME, and he is looking to create this Talent Management & Development Lead role in the APAC HQ in Singapore to work across all businesses in the Group with a good blend of different businesses and you will also be part of a very strong and diverse global team.

Job Description

This is an interesting and complex environment, and the role will be very business-focused, forming an essential part of the growth strategy in the region, whilst contributing to the bigger global organization across numerous business units. Essential areas of focus will be leadership development, performance management design and planning, succession planning, senior leadership, and design, training and development of programs for high potentials.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you will come from a business partnering background with a blend of industry experience with MNC. You will most likely have in-house experience in the Leadership/Talent Development space, alongside a very business-focused partnering style background. You should be SEA based and comfortable working within a matrix-reporting environment. You must be prepared to be both hands-on and strategic, and you should work well under pressure and across multiple time zones.
