Regional Training Manager
About Our Client
Our Client is a global Luxury brand with a very strong foothold in Asia and rapid growth plans in the region. They are looking for a seasoned Training Manager to lead the Training agenda and train the trainers for the region.
Reporting to the head of the business, you will ensure all training programs are geared towards supporting the achievement of sales targets - you are to plan, monitor and review annual staff training calendar; constantly motivate employees to achieve sales targets; update and train employees on current and new Training programs; develop specific improvement programs for individual Retail staff in meeting the company’s objectives as well as support Retail in the assessment of staff competencies in the areas of product knowledge.
The Successful Applicant
You must possess a Bachelor Degree with minimum 10 years of Retail/ FMCG Training experience in a multinational firm. Ability and willingness to travel within the region will be conducive to your success in this role. You also need to have excellent presentability, communication skill, positive attitude, maturity, resilience and ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
