Our client is a European headquartered Professional Services firm, with a thriving base in Singapore. They have engaged our services exclusively to find a new Reward & Talent, Associate Partner, for AMEA to set the strategy and vision for a new Rewards and Talent advisory arm of the business.

A strategic hire for an emerging and proven methodology and market. This person will help build and develop their team’s capability to become a leading provider for Reward and Talent services across South-East Asia.

The ideal candidate will be working in a client facing role for a professional services firm at present.   This role will cover a growth market of six South-East Asian regions.   The role of this new function is to empower organisations to effectively hire, retain and engage the best talent out there.

Reward Consultancy - Typical advisory projects include providing tailored solutions for clients and high quality deliverables, such as;

·         Salary and reward surveys

·         Designing optimal compensation structures (through to exec level)

·         Incentive plans

·         Job grading and evaluations

·         Retention strategies

·         Data & People Analytics

·         Employee rewards

Talent Consultancy - Typical advisory projects;

·         People Strategies

·         Organisational development

·         Leadership Assessment & Development

·         High-Potential programmes

·         People Analytics & Insights

·         Culture, Diversity & Inclusion

·         Engagement & Performance

Critical skillset;

·         You may already be an absolute expert within the Reward space (more critical than Talent)

·         You would need to have a passion and/or experience in the Talent space

·         Dynamic, commercial and entrepreneurially minded to set & grow a new practice

·         Sales/BD targets to deliver

·         Act as a lead for proposal development

·         Manage key regional Client relationships

·         Participate in setting strategy, annual budgets and staffing plans

·         Member of the regional leadership team

·         Share subject matter expertise on technical issues

·         Business development techniques

·         Project management skills with colleagues

Desired Client Sector Deliverables - Expertise in working across any of these sectors would be beneficial;

·         Financial institutions, IT/ ITES, Life sciences, Manufacturing, Retail or, Pharmaceuticals
