Senior HR Business Partner
About Our Client
Our Client is a large manufacturer within the Aerospace industry with a strong foothold in Asia Pacific, Europe and the US. They are now hiring for a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to work hand in hand with the Corporate as well as the BU line managers in achieving their goals.
Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will lead a range of strategic HR initiatives and manpower planning exercise. You will consult and influence key stakeholders on people management strategies and issues as well as provide sound advice on Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development & Management, Recruitment and Performance Management. You will be the key driver of Leadership Development, Hi-Po Management and Succession Planning. You will also be the subject matter expert in interpreting HR policies, procedures and legislative requirements both internally and externally as well as the contact point for resolving employee grievances and disputes.
The Successful Applicant
You must possess at least a Bachelor Degree with minimum 12 years of HR Business Partnering experience in a large organisation of no less than 500 headcount. Significant experience leading a team of 3-4 mid to senior-level HRs will be non-negotiable.
