About Our Client
Our client is a world-renowned brand name in the FMCG sector and has multiple product lines headquartered in Europe. They are a market leader in their industry and are generating a turnover of USD 15 billion globally with over 55,000 employees worldwide. While maintaining its strong presence in Asia, they are now looking for a Country Senior HR Manager to be based in its Singapore office. 

Job Description
In this role, you would be reporting to the APAC HR VP and functioning as an individual contributor. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, ranging from Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & development as well as day to day HR operational requirements to the local stakeholders across three business units. This position also provides you with an exciting opportunity to partner the regional stakeholders based in Singapore.  

The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should be a degree qualified HR professional with at least 8 years of working experience in a matrix MNC. You should possess a strong understanding of Singapore Employment Law and be comfortable with working in a fast paced, fluid and dynamic environment. To be highly successful in this role, you should have be an engaging individual that has demonstrated a track record in working well as a team player; prior experience with managing senior stakeholders would be highly valuable.
