Job Description
Reporting directly to the regional Head of Talent, you will be responsible for the strategic L&D requirements for APAC. You will be partnering closely with the Business stakeholders and Senior HR Leaders in the region to determine the training needs and gaps, develop the curriculum and training interventions, design the programmes/ Frameworks and deliver the training to a diverse demographic of people across the region. You will required to re-evaluate the current training schedule and curriculum, ensuring that the content is relevant and up to date. Key to your success is your ability to engage with the senior leadership team and to drive learning in an innovative and creative manner.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should be Degree qualified in Business Management or HRM from a reputable University, with at least 8 years post-graduate experience. You will be responsible to partner the business in the training and development needs for the organisation. Your key task is to identifying competency gaps through the Training Needs Analysis, establish a training strategy and execute the required trainings. You should be an energetic, dynamic, creative and innovative trainer with a passion for delivery and have demonstrated a track record in implementing process and policies from a learning perspective.
